The MONO Lifetime Limited Warranty

All MONO products except the MONO Power Supply are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and manufacturing. However, this limited warranty does not cover wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, damaged by rough handling during transport e.g. airlines, unless they are deemed at MONO's discretion to have a defect in the materials or manufacturing.

If you think something is not right with your MONO product, that makes us sad and we want to fix it! We want you to be as happy with your MONO stuff as we are making it!

Do note that this policy above does not apply to the MONO power supply, which has its own warranty policy, as seen below.

MONO Power Supply Warranty

We provide comprehensive warranty coverage of the MONO Power Supply for a duration of 5 years, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty safeguards against any defects in functionality or materials that may arise during this period.

Please note that our limited warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, including rust, dents, scratches, and fading. Additionally, issues resulting from misuse, abuse, or rough handling, unless they are determined to be a result of defective materials or manufacturing at MONO's discretion, are not included in the warranty coverage.

Please be aware that certain items are not covered under the 5-year warranty. These items include the IEC cable, DC cables, daisy chain, EIAJ link cables, USB power cable, and mounting kit.

In the event that your MONO Power Supply experiences a malfunction within the warranty period, it is your responsibility as the purchaser to contact MONO for repair or replacement. Please note that any repairs conducted by unauthorized repair centers or third-party agents will not be covered under our warranty, and MONO will not assume liability for such repairs.

We would like to emphasize that MONO cannot be held responsible for any extensive damage resulting from accidental misuse. Furthermore, please note that our warranty coverage is limited to products within the MONO brand and does not extend to warranties for items outside of our product line.

MONO Creators Inc. ("MONO") warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and manufacture under normal and proper usage and service for the life of the product. MONO's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at MONO's option, products, or parts determined by MONO to be defective in materials or manufacture. If the product has been superseded, replacement will be made with a current model of the same quality and equivalent function.

All warranty claims must be made in writing, by mail or email, giving full product details, supporting photos and details, and proof of purchase as outlined above. MONO will then determine if the issue is covered under warranty and, if so covered, will issue a replacement along with a return label for sending the defective product back to MONO (U.S. returns only). This warranty is given to the original purchaser of the products only and cannot be assigned, except with the prior written agreement of MONO.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: (1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by anyone other than MONO; (2) physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof; (3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; (4) shipment of the product; or (5) products not purchased from an authorized MONO distributor/dealer. This warranty does not cover apparel. MONO reserves the right to revise product warranty and other store policies without notice.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MONO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, EVEN IF MONO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDY WHICH, BUT FOR THE WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
